Vince Canziani, LMSW

Vince Canziani is the founder and principal consultant at Living Human Systems. As a Licensed Master of Social Work, he has spent nearly four decades working with people to build success in education and social service nonprofits. His experience includes direct service,  training managers, strategic planning,  facilitating change, and administrative management. This wealth of experience enhances his Appreciative Inquiry work with those interested in bringing out the best in people. His approach rests squarely on helping people discover the assets they already have. Whether it is confronting obstacles or helping build high performance culture, Vince draws out the potential residing in people to construct the way forward.
